Physically 64 MB (documented), virtual 256 MB. There is no memory on the main board. A maximum of four 8 MB and/or 32 MB boards can be plugged in. Single bit error correction, double bit error recognition.

64 kByte 2nd level cache: write-back, direct-mapped, virtually-indexed and virtually-tagged with 16 Byte blocks, 80 ns access time.

Comments

First Sun Server with a 2nd level cache. From my knowledge it was the first super micro with this feature ever.
